The racist origins of describing redheads as gingers.

I am making this post because it seems there are still so many ignorant people in the world who enjoy trying to belittle and bully others. Maybe they genuinely don't know the racist origins for the reason redheads are often described as "Gingers" and so I will make its origin very clear here. If you choose to continue to use the word to describe people with red hair after knowing its true origin I can only come to the conclusion that you are racist against Celts.

Ginger is not describing a hair colour

Yes that is right, read it again and let that sink in. The spice ginger is a blonde colour, it is not red or anything like the colour of a redheads hair. If you were going to use a spice to describe the colour of a redhead's hair you would use cinnamon, paprika, turmeric or even chilli, but ginger! No, it doesn't make sense and there is a very good reason for that, it has absolutely nothing to do with hair colour.

The English looking down on Celts as sub-human

The English have a long history of being hateful and degrading towards those with Celtic origins, they described them as stupid drunks, brutes, insinuate they have low intelligence and make cartoon drawings of them depicted as apes, this was especially prevalent in the 1800s. It isn't so easily accepted or tolerated these days, but the hate crimes towards Celts still continue every time someone describes a redhead as a "ginger".

How did being Celtic become associated with the spice ginger?

In the early 1800s an English biscuit company who made ginger biscuits "ginger nuts" decided to depict a stereotypical looking Celt on the side of the tins. The Celt was wearing a green suit, had red hair and blue eyes, they named this character "John Ginger". The English then started to call Celts "ginger nuts" or "gingers" at the time it didn't matter what colour their hair was but later it became that because so many Celts do have red hair. It soon moved on to describe red-haired animals too, especially hens and cats. It was supposed to be derogatory and implying the person was a joke and not very intelligent.

This ingrained a deep hatred towards those with the most Celtic looks, and the most Celtic look of all is red hair. England to this day is still awash with hatred and bullying towards those with red hair. Constantly called a ginger and taunted endlessly teenagers have committed suicide over it, people have been beaten up, purely because of the colour of their hair and families forced out their homes because the locals were throwing bricks at their homes and constantly abusing the entire family because they have red hair.

If this isn't a hate crime, what is?

Because it is so prevalent in England it is now treated as a hate crime, however, this doesn't stop ignorant people going about throwing the word at people with red hair and thinking it is ever so funny. If you do that you are nothing but a racist bigot.

Egofruits

 I recently came under fire for some new designs I made and uploaded to my Redbubble shop. I am sure there is more than these that have caused offense, but I am talking about these right now:

Childless by choice, awesome by default.

So why would this cause so much offense?

People who don't want children are often accused of being selfish. I have personally never understood this. Yes, it means you don't have to spend your life bringing up children and giving up your own life for their sake, but when most people decide they are not going to have children it usually because they don't want to add to the problems the world is already facing with vast overpopulation and all the horrors that it causes.

What horrors does overpopulation cause you might ask?

More pollution, food shortages because there is less land to use for growing food and keeping animals. Destruction of forests to make way for more food production. Overcrowding causes humans to become depressed, angry, and stressed; which in turn leads to bad health, increased suicides, and an increase in crime, including violent crimes and murder.

What other reasons might someone decide to not have children?

Maybe they feel they are not in a good position to bring up children, maybe they have never met someone they would want to have children with or don't have the funds in place that would be needed to make sure their child has the best of everything. Maybe they have genetic conditions and they don't want to inflict their suffering on to their offspring. 

Sound selfish does it?

So what are the reasons people do decide to have children?

• They decide they love themselves so much that they think their genes deserve to live on.
• They don't care about any genetic defects they have that their children will also suffer from.
• They are worried about what will happen to them when they are old and think that by having children there will be someone to look after them.
• They feel like a failure and hope to get a second chance at their dreams through the life of their child.
• They think it is their right to spread their genes.
• They have been told by their religion that that is what they are supposed to do.
• They made a mistake during the throws of lust and an unwanted pregnancy occurred and they decided to keep it.

From the above you can clearly see a pattern, they all seem to be ego-based and at the very least fear-based.

Which is why I have now coined the term "egofruits" for children. Yes, children are the fruit of their parent's massive egos.

No wonder they attack anyone who doesn't have children, they are trying to hide the truth they so vehemently try to cover up and project their selfish nature on to those who decided against having children.

So you see, when you are childless by choice, you really are awesome by default.

Say no to egofruits.

P.S. Don't be offended if you have children, I still love you and your egofruits.

Find The Truth

Truth isn't easy to find, no one is just going to hand it to you. It doesn't come through faith, it doesn't come from believing what you are told and it doesn't come from an authority. Only a skeptic can ever hope to find it because they will question everything and everyone, and they will never believe without experiencing it for themselves.

There is a big price to pay for truth, it doesn't come free, nothing worth having ever did. You will suffer for having an inquiring mind, for not fitting in. You will probably be an outcast for daring to think for yourself.

But one thing you can be sure of; truth does not come to the believer - it is found by the skeptic.

The New Sun King

Anyone who knows my work or has read my books will know the significance of 11.

Prince Charles, I believe, will never be King, he wasn't right for the role from day one. However, William was born on 21st June 1982 = 11. Not only born on the summer solstice on his birthday this year he will reach the age of 38 3+8=11. The new Sun King.

Prince Charles now has Covid-19 and it is believed he might have already had it before he last visited the Queen, meaning the Queen might have it too. If they were to both die of the new "Crown" virus that will leave the way clear for the new King.

That isn't all, his Queen Kate Middleton is also 38 right now = 11 and her date of birth 9th January 1982 = 3 she is the feminine that illuminates the King. It takes a Queen to make a King.

Let's see if this all plays out in the coming months, we live in interesting times.
